Gender:
This relates to cultural behaviour in relation to each gender. Due to socialisation, each gender is associated with specific elements in society which some affiliated elements may differ from the opposing gender.
Gender roles are traditional values which are portrayed by each gender (usually un-similar to the opposing gender), which in modern society the original values in relation to each gender are now challenged in comparison to the past.

‘Post-Feminist’ as certain women staffs are seen to be promoted to a higher job role than male employees below them/or the fact that women are even employed to work for businesses in comparison to representations over 50years ago where only men were workers (employed) and the bread-winners whereas women were stereotypically not to work (unemployed) but were expected to be a perfect motherly and home orientated figure in which they ought to clean, cook etc.
